  • Serve in every client relationship, as a diligent, active listener that ensures the client’s vision, goals, pains, and needs are accounted for in the strategic JA approach
  • Develop a personal brand that represents your passion, JA’s values, and is a magnet for clients and prospects
  • Stay current on industry standards, trends, and products
  • Travel in and out of state – expected to be less than 15 overnights per year (travel is currently down due to COVID)
